Hi, I’m Kai, a Toronto-based tattoo artist originally from Barbados. I’ve always been creative in every form, and thanks to my background in multimedia visual arts. My tattoo work leans primarily towards larger-scale realism, abstract/surrealism, and line work, blending in touches of traditional art wherever I can. But I’ve never shied away from a challenge. Versatility is a big part of who I am; I’ve never been the type to “stay in one box.”

I started my tattoo journey near the end of the covid lockdowns with nothing but a dream, an Amazon tattoo machine, and the memory of designing tattoos back home in Barbados. It was a massive leap, to put a long story veryy short, I had no idea where my future was going so I i said , why not? And I’m glad I did. Three years later, I’m living the reality I used to only dream of!
